“I recently had the opportunity to attend a fantastic day course on Introduction to Intergenerational Practice, and it was an enlightening experience! This course provided valuable insights into creating meaningful connections between different generations, fostering mutual learning, and promoting positive social impacts.
Intergenerational practice can bridge gaps between young and older generations, improving well-being, reducing social isolation, and building stronger communities. I learned practical strategies for integrating intergenerational activities into various settings and the powerful benefits of fostering these relationships, both for individuals and the wider community.
I'm excited to apply what I've learned in my own practice, creating spaces that encourage collaboration, empathy, and understanding across age groups. This course has truly reinforced my passion for inclusive, community-driven approaches to care and development.”
